At one school Thursday, in less than an hour, one individual gathered eighteen petitions signatures! Everyone signed except for two people - one had already signed the online petition, and the other was afraid for their job. It's sad that such fear exists, but in most cases showing fearful people the way through your example (and the example of others who sign) helps people to overcome their fear. The District certainly is not going to retaliate against hundreds of employees!
