Happy New Year! Education employees enter 2012 with numerous challenges and changes in our work place. We teach students in elementary and high schools. We counsel students, we drive school buses and feed our students daily. We are the largest organization of educators, we are the NEA.
Promoting and defending public education means fighting for adequate and equitable funding that offers every child a great public school. I ask you to become actively involved in your local, Espanola-NEA. We will provide you the training you will need at the Bargaining table or Employee Rights. As Americans we believe in fair play, but sometimes just believing in fair play isn’t enough. That is why we need your involvement and participation. Be part of the change you want.
