ESPAŃOLA NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION
NEGOTIATIONS SURVEY 2012-2013
Each spring we renegotiate our contract with the District. As representatives of our school and colleagues, we would like input from all staff regarding areas of concern.
We can bring six issues (non-financial) issue to the bargaining table each year, so we must choose carefully what we present to the district. While bargaining for an increase in staff’ salaries and/or benefits has been a primary issue in the past; however, we need to know for sure if this is still a subject our teachers would like us to pursue.
